Australian Red Cross is powered by our mission of people helping people. Our aged care services exist to reach, connect with and support people to live life the way they choose.
Our services are for everyone – from every intersection, every life circumstance, every story. Whether you’re looking for community connection, an extra layer of safety, healthy meals or a lift from A to B, our volunteer-powered programs can help you:
- continue living independently at home
- optimise your physical, social and emotional wellbeing
- stay connected to the people and hobbies that matter to you.
Who can access Australian Red Cross Aged and Community Care services?
Most of our services are available to older people who are already registered for My Aged Care. If you haven’t already registered, please do — My Aged Care is a gateway to a wide range of programs for people at every stage of life.
Once you’ve signed up, we can help you choose the Australian Red Cross service/s that will give you the support and autonomy you need to live well.
While most of our Aged and Community Care services require you to register with My Aged Care, there are some exceptions for our Transport service – please visit the Transport page for more information.
