Bequestors

We rely on the generosity of bequestors to provide roughly $1 out of every $5 of our donated income. One way of attracting bequestors is through our Wills for Life campaign, which is currently in its third year. We have built a national network of solicitors who help our clients to prepare their Wills, allowing us to promote the importance of having an up-to-date Will and encouraging people to include a gift to Red Cross if they are able to do so. We are very grateful to our bequestors and aim to keep them engaged and involved in the work of Red Cross by arranging subscriptions to our flagship magazine Humanitarian, holding supporter events, and inviting them to attend presentations about areas of our work.
