A gift to Red Cross through a bequest provides a legacy of support for people in need. Throughout 2014/2015, we were humbled to receive approximately $13.6 million in bequests to fund our vital everyday work.
In recent years, we have actively taken our message about the importance of having a Will to the community. We have approached many of our loyal supporters by mail, as well as travelling to cities and towns around Australia to facilitate ‘Wills for Life’ meetings between our supporters (both existing and new) and allied solicitors. We are incredibly grateful to this national network of solicitors who continue to support our Wills for Life program, and we are honoured by every generous individual who chooses to leave their parting gift for a world free from suffering, where people are empowered to live healthy lives.
