The Migrant Workers Centre offers free and confidential advice to any worker who was born overseas, including refugees and asylum seekers, international students, working holiday visa workers, other temporary visa holders, permanent residents and citizens. The Fair Work Ombudsman is an Australian Government agency that regulates Australian workplaces.
Employees can't get into trouble or have their visa cancelled for contacting them to ask for information about their pay or other workplace rights.
