Signs of poor working conditions include:

• Not being paid the right amount based on industry standards
• Excessive work hours beyond industry standards
• Discrimination, bullying, or sexual harassment, or any unfair treatment towards you
• Not being provided with appropriate protective equipment to do the work safely (gloves, glasses, mask, helmet)
• Not being trained to use equipment, products, or power tools safely
• Working with equipment or tools that are broken or unsafe
• Not understanding what to do and who to go to for help to do the job safely
