Their top tips? Try new activities and skills, shake up your exercise routine, enjoy some comfort food and slow down and connect with family.
"This lockdown period has given me the opportunity to spend more time with my family at home and connect more regularly with family and friends via social media. I have also used this time to focus on the skills that I want to improve on."
"I’m finding the positives in lockdown by using the spare time to work on some new activities I normally wouldn’t do, so for me I’m doing yoga sessions with my friends every day."
"The positive changes would be spending a lot more time with my family and enjoying doing the things I wouldn’t normally be able to do with them. I’ve been able to go out in the backyard and work on the little things and play around and have a little bit of fun. I’ve been able to find a few new things that I like doing and found more of an appreciation for the little things."
