Currently, eligibility to the Support Program is determined by the Australian Federal Police. To report or discuss a concern, call the Australian Federal Police on 131 AFP (131 237) or make a report online.
If you are not comfortable contacting the AFP, you can contact our Support Program team for confidential advice (we are not able to enrol you in the program without a referral from the AFP) by calling 1800 113 015 or send us an email national_stpp@redcross.org.au
You can also contact us if you are worried about a friend, family member, colleague or someone you know that might be experiencing severe exploitation and want to discuss how to get help.
If you think someone is in imminent danger, please call the police on 000.

Participation in the Support Program is voluntary and you can choose to leave at any time. The Support Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.
