Red Cross Shops sell new and pre-loved clothes, accessories, and homewares to raise funds to help people experiencing crisis and hardship. Thanks to the help of 5,000 volunteers, each year we help divert millions of items from landfill and ensure Red Cross teams are on the ground, 365 days a year, providing care and support where it’s needed most.

Volunteer role opportunities

Red Cross Shops need reliable volunteers with a passion for fashion and building vibrant community connections. Red Cross Shops are approved Voluntary Work organisations with Centrelink for Mutual Obligations volunteers.
