This position is primarily responsible for the efficient and safe fitting of infant restraints in client vehicles. Other duties in the role include equipment hygiene maintenance, assistance with other merchandise products, administration and general support to other team members.
Ensure vehicles to be fitted with restraints comply with Australian Standards, and recommend solution/s, if possible when a vehicle is non-compliant. Fit, install and remove infant restraints and capsules in client's vehicles. Assist with hire product returns and documentation as required including some administrative tasks. Ensure goods are cleaned appropriately and reassembled for reissue and all goods are checked for faults, damage and general wear and tear. Provide prompt and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
